Q: I'm trying to login using my Username and Password and it keeps telling me that "You have entered invalid login credentials. What do I do?

A: You may use the Forgot Username link or Forgot Your Password feature to retrieve your login information. If you are still unable to retrieve it, it means that we cannot find you in the system. Please register an account by entering the requested information in the New User Registration section.

Q: I've logged into MyCrosbyBenefits.com before, but my credentials aren't working. When I use the Forgot Your Password feature and enter my username, the system indicates that I have entered an invalid username. What do I do?

A: If this system is not able to match your username based on the email address you provide, it is possible that you setup your account with a different email address or have not yet created your MyCrosbyBenefits.com account. If the latter is true, please register an account by entering the requested information in the New User Registration section.

Q: I received the Account Activation email but the Activation Link didn't work when I clicked on
it. What do I do?

A: If the link above does not take you to your account activation screen, you may cut and paste
it into the address bar of your web browser. You must copy the entire link which will end in
“%3d%3d”. In some cases, since the link may be broken due to email formatting. Please make
sure to copy the link text that is both blue and black.

If the aforementioned steps do not work, please email our Service Center to request a new
Activation Link.

Q: I received the Account Activation email and when I click the Activation Link, it just takes me
to the MyCrosbyBenefits.com login page. What do I do?

A: If the link Activation Link takes you to the MyCrosbyBenefits.com login page, please delete
your internet browser’s internet Cookies and Temporary Internet Files (generally found within
your Internet Properties or Options, depending on the browser). Then try using the Activation
Link again.

Q: I didn't receive a notification email that the system said would be sent to me.

A: This could mean a few things: 1. it is possible the email address entered was mistyped; or 2.
the email sent was diverted to your Spam folder or 3. the email sent was blocked by your email
account. The ‘from’ address on all MyCrosbyBenefits.com notifications is
servicecenter@crosbybenefits.com.

Q: I logged in successfully, but don't see the button that I'm supposed use to enter the system.
What can I do?

A: Once logged into MyCrosbyBenefits.com, a tool is provided in the Lobby that states: "If you should have access to a system that is not listed below, please click here to let us know." You may click the link and submit the requested information.
